Dr. Mark C. Young is an ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church, a Pastoral Counselor and a Psychotherapist. He has a Master of Divinity Degree from Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, D.C., a Master of Science Degree and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree, both clinical degrees in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola College in Maryland. He is a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in the State of North Carolina, a memer of the ACPE, and a nationally Certified Counselor through the National Board for Certified Counselors, Inc. Dr. Young has been offering counseling and psychotherapy since 1986. He utilizes a therapeutic process with an holistic approach aimed at assisting others in the management of their thoughts, feelings and behavior.
